Founder / Mason Xiong
Mason Xiong is the founder of Junvor and the technical leader behind our custom manufacturing projects. With over 15 years of experience in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, materials, and production processes, he understands how to transform drawings, samples, and concepts into reliable, manufacturable components.
Mason has extensive knowledge in design evaluation, quotation analysis, process selection, and production optimization. He helps customers identify potential manufacturing challenges, select the right solutions, and improve part quality while controlling production costs and reducing production risks.
Under his leadership, Junvor has developed strong manufacturing capabilities supported by advanced equipment, experienced engineers, and a professional production team. With a 9,000㎡ facility, 132 employees, 21 engineers, and 78 sets of processing equipment, we provide flexible solutions from prototypes to high-volume production.

Is aluminum injection mold suitable for my project?
Aluminum molds are suitable for many low-volume plastic part projects, especially when you need prototypes, pilot runs, market testing, or a few thousand pieces before investing in a full production mold.
They are often a good choice for:
New product testing
Functional plastic parts
Plastic housings
Small and medium-sized plastic components
Early-stage product launch
Orders from hundreds to several thousand pieces
However, if your part requires very high mold life, very tight tolerance, complex sliders, high-temperature resin, or long-term mass production, steel mold may still be a better option.
When should I choose aluminum mold instead of steel mold?
You can consider aluminum mold when:
Your quantity is not very large
You want to test the market first
You want to reduce initial investment
You need samples or small-batch production quickly
Your product design may still need changes
You are not ready for expensive mass-production tooling
Steel mold is better when the design is already confirmed and the order quantity is large or repeated over a long period.
Can JUNVOR support orders of only a few thousand injection molded parts?
Yes. JUNVOR supports low-volume injection molding for orders from hundreds to a few thousand pieces, depending on the part design and material.
For this type of project, we can help evaluate whether to use aluminum mold, small mold structure, vertical injection molding, or other low-cost tooling options. This helps customers avoid paying high mold costs before the product is fully validated.
Can I start with a prototype before mass production?
Yes. We support 1-piece prototypes, small-batch trial runs, and repeat mass production.
Many customers start with CNC prototypes, 3D printed samples, sheet metal prototypes, or low-volume injection molded parts. After the sample is approved, we can help move the project into small-batch or mass production.
I only have a sample or photo, not a complete drawing. Can you still quote?
Yes. You can send us a sample photo, reference product, sketch, 3D file, or 2D drawing.
If the information is not complete, our engineering team will help check what is missing before quotation. For more accurate pricing, we usually need material, quantity, size, surface finish, tolerance requirement, and application information.
