Electronics Industry
Junvor provides advanced manufacturing and supply chain solutions for the electronics industry. We support hardware startups, established brands, and engineering teams in bringing innovative electronic products to market with reliable performance, high precision, and scalable production capabilities.
Role of Electronic Prototyping in Product Development
Electronic prototyping and rapid manufacturing play a critical role in accelerating innovation and improving product development efficiency in today’s fast-paced technology industry. These processes enable faster design validation, testing, and iteration, significantly reducing time from concept to market.
They also improve cost efficiency by minimizing material waste and optimizing early-stage design decisions. At the same time, prototyping encourages innovation through experimentation and customization, while reducing development risks by identifying potential design issues before full-scale production.

What to Send for an Electronics Enclosure or Component Quote
Provide the CAD model and drawing, material, quantity, tolerance, cosmetic surface, color, coating or plating, grounding or shielding requirements, insert or fastener details, assembly needs, and inspection criteria. If the part must fit a PCB, connector, display, seal, or heat-management component, include the mating geometry and critical interface dimensions.
Depending on the design, the project may use CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or plastic injection molding. The process should be selected around performance, appearance, volume, and tooling requirements.
How should cosmetic requirements be communicated?
Mark visible surfaces on the drawing and state the required texture, gloss, color, anodizing, plating, powder coating, or other finish. Reference samples and acceptance limits help avoid subjective inspection decisions.
